Things you will need:

Freshly roasted and finely ground Turkish coffee – Kettle – Cold water – Sugar (optional) – Heat source – Cup 

Steps:

Step 1: Measure the ingredients
Measure one cup of cold water using the cup you will be drinking your coffee from. This method ensures the perfect amount of water for preparation. Pour the water into the jug.
For each cup of water, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Turkish coffee. If you like your coffee sweet, add sugar now. The amount depends on your taste: no sugar (plain), a little sugar (sweet), medium sugar (just right), or sweet (extra).
Step 2: Mixing
Before you put it on the fire, mix the ingredients well until the coffee and sugar (if you used it) dissolve well. This step is very important because it determines the distribution of the face that is distinctive to Turkish coffee.
Step 3: Heating
Place the pot on the stove over low heat. The brewing process should be slow so that the flavors and oils develop properly. As you heat the coffee, a dark foam will appear.
Step 4: Create the face
Before the coffee boils, the foam will start to rise. Don’t let the coffee boil! Remove from heat when the foam reaches the edge of the pot.
